Grills great at high heat and smokes as good as a wood fired smoker but with zero hassle and perfect temp. control. Can't screw it up even if you never smoked anything in your life. This is as total indirect grill so I was a little unsure about missing the char-grill flavor but you will be amazed. So many possibilities for cooking different things. High quality parts and smart engineering, well thought out. Love it, just plan on a few hours to assemble, but well worth it.
