We love the grill, cooks much hotter than our previous Weber Summit Propane, gives us the grill lines on our steaks we were missing with the Weber. We have used the rotisserie a few times and like having that feature. We bought a cheap cover to protect the grill from the elements.

The construction is good but not what you'd get with a higher priced grill. There is no bottom shelf inside like you would get with a propane model, we're just using a piece of wood for our shelf.

One of the side pieces arrived cracked, Amazon was willing to replace the whole grill but we contacted the mfg. and are working with them on sending us that $10 piece rather than the hassle of packing up and returning to AZON with a $100 plus shipping fee (that AZON would pay).

I am new to grilling, and I am still in the learning stage. But, I love my Broil King Crown 90 natural gas grill. It gets really hot fast, but you can control the temperature easily by adjusting knobs to lower. So far, so good. I've grilled ribs, burgers, steaks, chicken breasts etc., and everything I've cooked comes out great, if I don't overcook it. Like I said, I am a novice at this grilling thing. I use a smoker box with soaked chips to get more flavor. I tried using it without soaking them, not a good idea! Fire! This a great grill for a beginner like me, its not too big, and not too expensive. I have gotten my money's worth out of it already with just being able to go outside turn it on and grill. Makes grilling easy. The cast iron grates are heavy duty and easy to keep clean too. Love it! Love it! Love it! Recommend highly!

Grill was damaged in a couple of ways. One of the side trays was bent and the front of the hood was marred. All the pieces were packed in so tightly that damage was bound to occur. I put the whole thing together though which was an ordeal. The front doors had a large gap between them and the damage was not apparent until all of the "protective" material was removed. Repacked it and returned it. Big waste of my time. don't waste yours.
