worst grill ever, flimsy, didn't come with hardware and when I contacted 1 sale a day, the wonderful Cherise told me that hardware wasn't included. Should have spent an extra 10$ for the weber

This is the cheapest grill I have ever had. I should have bought the Weber for the same price.
Maybe it is just an expensive disposable grill. Very thin metal. Hardware even worse.

Took this to the Bay to fish, watch fireworks and BBQ on Memorial Day. After learning how well it heated up and how to control the heat from charcoal, I was very satisfied with the results. Love the portability of it and it heats up quickly and cools down fast after removing the hot coals. You have to assemble all of it and that took some time. I even had to read the directions and use my brain a little to make some adjustments for full functionality, but afterwards I was fine with it. Get the RED top. It looks great.
Honest reviews on Cuisinart CCG-190 Portable Charcoal Grill, 14-Inch
We picked up one at Marshall's for our balcony. It will work well for occasional use though the vent on the lid and bottom are difficult to open and close. the cooking surface is enough for 2-3 people depending on what you're grilling. We tried it out with corn and shrimp skewers. Also if you put in too much charcoal/ get your fire too hot, the lit and handle get quite hot. There is no hinge for the lid, but instead three fasteners that seem more for storage then when you're using it.

Grate bent with first use. Lid does not seal down tight so "portable " is questionable if you want the trunk or cargo area of your vehicle to be ash free.
