This item was initially shipped and minor damage thru transit. I complained and the shipper took imidiate steps to replace and expedite a replacement. I waould deal with this firm again and reccomend to others as they have fulfilled by wishes to the ultimate.

Great product and very impressed with price from this seller. Shopped around at other places for same item but all were twice the price. Shipped and arrived very quickly. Item was purchased to replace a former heat plate in our grill and this one is working very well.
