This griller trio was a Christmas Gift for my son, who is a professional chef in Boca Raton. He currently owned the duo griller. He cooked so much on it that it was falling apart. I've often heard him say that he wished he had the char griller with a smoker. Wha-la, enter Santa!
I was confident in purchasing this particular grill because the Chef had requested it. He cooked ribs, pork tenderloins, sausage and chicken for 30 people on New Years Eve, all on his new griller trio. He loved it! And now I've just made myself hungry.
This char griller trio has a gas grill, a charcoal grill, and a smoker, all in one, so it is big.
This product lost a star, not for the quality of the grill (it's an excellent grill!), but for the shipping!
The "free shipping" turned out to be a nightmare. A third party shipping company from Miami was handling the grill. The company only delivered on Saturdays, and failed to deliver the griller twice. My daughter-in-law stayed home for three Saturdays waiting on the delivery. Losing three shopping Saturdays right before Christmas was bad.
The delivery finally was made. My son assembled the grill without any problems.
He is VERY happy with his char griller trio.
