I purchased this grill at a local Home Depot for $59.99. It was $20.00 cheaper than the Weber brand of the same size.
Assembly was easy for one person, but there was a couple of steps that a second person would make it less cumbersome(ex. leg assembly). First complaint—while attaching the handle on the ash catcher, the bolts busted out of the handles very easily. I had to make a repair with some epoxy putty. The rest of the assembly process went great.
Now after just two uses, I will have to replace the base handle. It broke into while rolling the grill to a different location. So, needless to say, Masterbuilt really needs to improve their handles.
Now, as far as grilling goes with this grill, I have no complaints whatsoever. It has a very roomy cooking area. The grill allows good airflow through the coal to keep them nice and hot.
Cleanup is made easy with the removable ash catcher. Just brush all of the spent coal into the can and dump it.
Other than the problems with the handles, I find this grill to be very durable. I purchased a cover to keep it out of the weather. I have found out over the years that water is grills worst enemy.
During the summer months, I grill every other day, so I will just have to wait and see how this grill holds up.
