used it for caning making tomato veggie juice also for blanching vegetables girls liked the size and easy cleanup used on both electric stove and king kooker propane cooker.did not use on glass top stove may be too wide for any burners.

This was a pretty good value. I am glad it's stainless steel. The steel isn't particularly thick but I think it will last several years. I use it for low country boils and steaming lobsters and crabs.

LIke the pot but the lid seems a little light. Good for the price but liked the BC version a bit better.
