I have a Charbroil Model 463268107...If this is suppose to replace the OE part 80006583, it does not match up correctly at all, and the tabs (with screw hole)just barely contacts the burners, so I ended up rigging them to the burners with wire, wrapped around the burners through the screw holes....certainly not too happy, but not going to go through the trouble to return them...The metal is probably the same low grade that the originals were, and will likely rust out soon...but as another reviewer noted, are they really necessary ?

first off, these are the right length, however the holes at each end are too small, not allowing the screw to pass through and tightly attach to the main burner. I used a smaller screw which is holding in place, but not secure.
When you observe the gas flow from these, you have to wonder if they really help distribute gas/heat at all. I think the 4 burners themselves provide about 96%. If I go to replace the components again, I'll try to omit these and see how things work.
