I have had this grill for 10+ years. I replaced the burner after 7 years, that's right 7 years. I don't know anyne that has been happy with any gas grill after 5 years.
It's a workhouse of a grill.

Have seen similar reviews at other web sites. It's an expensive product and I thought I would get great quality for the price. In fact, it's fairly solidly built and performs fairly well. That said, the dealer ended up replacing parts three times to get it working right, and worse, the manufacturer kept telling me it's a dealer problem, not theirs. That may be true up to a point, but you'd think a manufacturer would care a bit more, especially when you see similar concerns posted at other sites. Other sites also say many of the same parts I had to have replaced when it was new may fail (again) after a year or two. Also, the cover literally fell apart (split open) after all of two months so I had to replace that as well. Wheels lock ok but the unit still shakes a fair amount. If I were to do it again, definitely would buy something else, especially since one should expect much more for the price.
