Got a chance to try a similar model (except LP) on a recent vacation. Liked it so well I ordered this one. Still learning how to use it the best but it meets every expectation so far. Great for steaks as it gets REALLY hot! Can light one burner and leave the other off for indirect cooking. Does much better than the really expensive all stainless steel models from other companies. Two thumbs up!
